TEN40 Church
“This year IDTS, led by Marilyn Parker, trained Arizona State University Students who attend TEN40 Church on how to be aware of, and defend against, sexual predators. The training prepared both female and male students how to detect potential sexual predatory actions as well as how to defend against a direct attack.
After completing the training, the TEN40 Church students then partnered with the Pat Tillman Veterans Center at Arizona State University to host a class to teach other students what they’ve learned. The results have been amazing! Subsequently, the classes have created a path to healing for students who have been previously affected by sexual predatory actions.

Marilyn and her team of trainers trained our team to teach the techniques of self-defense to young women on our campus. I have over 20 years of experience in military and police training which includes many hours of pressure point control tactics and hand to hand combat and I am highly satisfied with the techniques used to train these young women.
